Pick the Juni path aligned with your family's learning goals
At Juni, we offer both a Tutoring path and Curriculum path, both working 1:1 with our acclaimed instructors. Our Curriculum path is focused on teaching new material using our own propriertary curriculum whereas children bring their own material for our Tutoring path, which is customizable based on your child's schoolwork and other projects.

Submit your availability and child’s details
For both Juni Curriculum and Tutoring, we offer classes 4x/month, scheduled based on your availability. We also offer easy rescheduling up to 24 hours before class time as we know schedules can always change.

We'll hand-match your child with an instructor and schedule your placement class
We'll review your notes on your child's learning style and personality to match them with a great instructor. All instructors are students studying at top US universities. They are trained to move at your child's pace, either in one of our Juni Curriculum courses or in general Juni Tutoring.

How does the placement class work?
In the placement class, your child will meet 1:1 with their instructor to assess their level and place them in the appropriate course. They will also get to know their instructor, go over the portal, tools and more.

How old should my child be to join Juni?
We currently offer programs for kids ages 7-18, but are always working to expand our offerings! We have a wide range of courses and events for any student within that age range.
What is Juni’s expected weekly time commitment?
We’re made to fit your schedule—
You can build your plan for 1:1 classes at a frequency and time that work best for you. You can always reschedule or adjust if anything changes later!
Outside of classes, there is typically 30-60 minutes of optional homework to accelerate the learning. Juni students also get access to clubs, additional class support, and project creation tools!
How long should my child take Juni’s program?
We believe that kids learn best at their own pace and style.
- Our Curriculum courses typically take students 6-9 months, and we offer plenty of upper level and elective options for whatever your child is interested in learning next.
- Our Tutoring path can be used for however long as needed based on your family's learning goals. You can pause your subscription, cancel and join back up depending on your seasonal needs for tutoring.
Should I sign my child up for Juni Curriculum or Tutoring?
This completely depends on your learning goals for your child. With both paths, your child will work with an amazing instructor. The difference is how the class time is used.
With our Curriculum path, they are following Juni's proprietary curriculum with laid out modules, homework, milestones, check ins and a final project. This is great if you want your child to learn something new and use all of Juni's material.
With our Tutoring path, your child is responsible for bringing material to work on. This is customizable, so can be used for schoolwork, college preparatory materials, competitions and more. This is a great option if your child needs extra support on any of those items and someone to hold them accountable weekly with setting goals.
What kind of technical setup will my child need at home?
Our courses require: 1- A desktop or laptop computer that runs Windows or Mac OS, with a working microphone, speaker, and webcam. 2- The Chrome browser and Zoom Client must be installed. 3- A high-speed internet connection (at least 10 Mbps). We also strongly recommend headphones to help your child to concentrate, and be immersed in the virtual classroom.
